Payne Elementary School Community Partners are cherished members of our community and the greater DC area that provide our scholars, parents and staff with the resources and services to reach their fullest potential. Their contributions vary from in-school and after-school programs, sponsorships, donations of supplies, food, clothing etc. and community engagement activities.
