Dear Parents/Guardians,
As December approaches, the Specials Teachers will begin preparing students for two upcoming winter performances. On December 17th, all students from PreK-2 will be performing Frozen themed songs. This will take place promptly at 4:00 in the Auditorium. Doors will open at 3:30. On December 19th all students in grades 3-5 will be participating in Scrooge: The Musical. We are excited to have 4th graders acting in the play, while 3rd and 5th graders will be singing musical numbers. Doors for Scrooge: The Musical open at 4:45. Showtime is 5:30.
On the day of both shows, all students are expected to stay after school until show time. After-care students will have their super in the cafeteria, and all other children will be provided either with a snack (PreK-2) or dinner (3-5) in a separate location.
We would like all students in 3rd and 5th grade to wear red tops (no logos please) and dark bottoms. Red dresses are also acceptable. Students in grades Pre-K-2 are encouraged to wear Frozen themed costumes, white or blue. Students should bring their outfits to school labeled in a bag with their name and class. All students will change prior to the show. Students should not come to school dressed in show attire.
If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact anyone from the Specials team. Our emails are listed below.
Thank you for your continued support,
